The present application has been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 & 8 / claimants seeking directions for release of the balance award amount along with the interest accrued thereupon in favour of the applicants, which is deposited with the Registry of this Court.

The appeal filed by the Insurance Company was dismissed by judgment dated 03.10.2024. The judgment has not been challenged by the Insurance Company and has attained finality. 3.

In view of the above, the entire compensation amount along with the accrued interest is directed to be released in favour of the claimants in the manner as provided in the impugned award.

The present application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
