In view of the fact that Clause 27 of the Agreement states that the Courts at Gurgaon alone shall have the jurisdiction to decide and deal with all disputes connected with the Agreement, Mr. Jayant Mehta, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition to approach the Court

at Gurgaon for relief in accordance with law. Mr. Mehta also states that he will be moving an application before the said Court for condonation of delay in filing the petition by invoking Section 14 of the Limitation Act. It will be for that Court to decide such application in accordance with law.
