He states that there is a stay of this Execution Petition. 3.

The judgment-debtors have not been appearing in this Execution Petition and the counsel for the decree-holder states that the judgmentdebtors have not been served. 4.

In this view of the matter, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with liberty to the decree-holder to apply again as and when required.

The order of attachment dated 25th April, 2013 in this petition to also continue and the parties shall have liberty to apply in this proceeding for vacation of the same if the need arises.
