From the averments made in the writ petition we find that petitioner's representation dated April 01, 2015 claimed to have been sent to the respondents, but no proof in support thereof has been filed in the writ petition, has not been responded to.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner's grievance is that his empanelment as a Sub-Inspector in the Railway Protection Force was in the category of an OBC candidate but while allocating the zone the petitioner has been treated as a General Category candidate. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition directing the respondents to treat the instant writ petition as a representation and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from today.

If the grievance of the petitioner is found to be genuine, needful shall be done.

Needless to say if the petitioner is aggrieved by the reasoned order, remedy of challenging the same shall be available. 6.

No costs.
