Park, New Delhi and is aggrieved by the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge discharging the respondent No.2 in a revision against the order of charge filed by respondent No.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no leave to appeal petition would lie against the said order, thus he would be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
