% 11.04.2019 On January 23, 2019 the Court had passed the following order: "Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requests for accommodation, since Mr. S.K. Rungta, learned Senior Counsel who is to argue for the petitioner is indisposed and therefore un-available today.
Although it appears that this matter is also in the category of petitions that require to be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Special Task Force constituted by the DDA under directions of the Supreme Court in W.P.(C) No. 4677/1985 titled M.C. Mehta v. Union of India & Anr. which is dealing with unauthorized construction and other related matters in a comprehensive manner, considering the request made, orders to that effect are deferred.
Re-notify on 11.04.2019."
Learned counsel for the parties states that the matter be referred to the Special Task Force constituted by the Supreme Court in W.P. (C) 4677/1985 titled as M.C. Mehta v. UOI & Ors. Accordingly, the parties are relegated to the Special Task Force. The parties are at liberty to take all pleas as available to them before the Special Task Force which shall be considered and decided by the Special Task Force, as expeditiously as possible. The writ petition is disposed of.
