% 18.09.2018 The present petition is predicated on an allegation that, despite directions issued by this court, factory operations were continuing to be carried out from the subject premises illegally. The respondent has filed an affidavit to state that, no illegal factory operations are being carried out from the subject premises. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not refute this assertion of fact.

In view of the foregoing, the present petition seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against respondent is devoid of merit. The same is accordingly dismissed.
