Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has been instructed to withdraw the writ petition because vide impugned order notice has been issued by learned DRAT and an ex-parte stay has been granted. 2.

The petitioner proposes to challenge the notice issued as also the exparte stay granted by learned DRAT by filing a reply before the learned DRAT.

Needless to state that writ petition was otherwise also premature because the grievance raised in the writ petition ought to have raised first before the learned DRAT.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
