% 01.09.2016 Since the community hall was allotted to the petitioner-society on license basis, this Court is of the view that the petitioner cannot claim any right, title or interest over the community hall forever. Consequently, the present writ petition is dismissed. However, in the event the petitioner wishes to approach the respondents by way of an application, it is at liberty to do so and in that event the respondents shall decide the same in accordance with the law.
