A perusal of the order sheets reveals that the petitioner has not been appearing in the matter neither in person nor through counsel on number of occasions.

On 02.04.2019, notice of default was issued to counsel for the petitioner for 12.09.2019. On 12.09.2019, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. On the next date of hearing, i.e. 01.10.2019 learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and requested for adjournment. 3.

Today, even on the second call none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
