% 06.09.2018 We find no ground to interfere with the orders of the ld. Single Judge who rejected the Chamber Appeal against the two orders that had foreclosed defendant/appellant's evidence. There was persistent default on the part of the defendant/appellant. The materials on record - including the documents which the defendant relied upon and were admitted by the parties obviously can be relied upon in the final hearing.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
