ORDER

% 22.07.2016 This is an appeal directed against the order dated 10.05.2016 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in lA 2427/2016, whereby the learned Single Judge has, inter alia, given directions for payment towards tuition fees to the extent of ? 6,000/- per month with effect from 26.08.2009 till August, 2015. There is also a direction v/ith regard to payment of an amount of t 2,59,469.17 towards petrol bills which have been paid through credit card payments.

The respondents, being the wife and minor daughter of the appellant, had filed the suit for maintenance which is pending before the learned Single Judge. These directions have been given by the learned Single Judge during the pendency of the said suit and are obviously not the final directions, which may be given in the suit. This clearly means that this would be subject to the final decision in the suit. We are, for the time being, not inclined to interfere with the interim directions given by the learned Single Judge keeping in view the welfare of the minor daughter. By:AMULYA

The payments, as directed by the learned Single Judge, be positively made within two weeks from today.

The appeal stands disposed of.
