% 06.09.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a settlement has been arrived at the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi vide Settlement Deed dated 23.04.2019. According to settlement, the petitioner has received two instalments i.e. a total sum of Rs.1,96,49,650/- from respondent no.2.

Learned counsel has drawn attention of this court to the last para of settlement which categorically states that in case of default in payment of instalment as per terms of settlement (which is regarding nine other cases as well), the cases shall stand revived.

Certified copy of order of Mediation placed on record. Parties shall remain bound by their statement in the mediation. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. BRIJESH SETHI, J SEPTEMBER 06, 2019/ssc
