Perusal of record shows that the suit has been decreed between the parties vide order of the Hon‟ble Court dated 21.05.2026.

Further, in terms of order dated 21.05.2026, Registry has been directed to release the handsets (mobile devices) filed by the plaintiff, confidential documents filed by plaintiff in a sealed cover and joint statements filed by the economic experts appointed by the parties to the counsel for the plaintiff.

Accordingly, the entire record has been called from the registry and the dealing assistant from IPD-I Branch is also present in the court. In the presence of Ld. Counsels for both the parties, four sealed handsets i.e. Intex Aqua I-5 bearing IMEI No.911316202055909 & 911316202085906; Intex Aqua I-6 bearing IMEI No.911350700308569 & 911350700358978; Intex Aqua HD bearing IMEI No.911340350245179 & The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Intex Aqua I-7 bearing IMEI No.911338550132387 and 911338550132395 and two unsealed handsets i.e.

Intex Cloud 4G Star bearing IMEI No.911497550128249 & 911497550178244 and Intex Cloud 4G Star bearing IMEI No.911497550129668 & 911497550179663 have been handed over to Mr. Vinod Chauhan Ld counsel for plaintiff alongwith two metal trunks.

Further, 11 sealed envelops stated to be containing Global Patent License Agreements, joint statement of economic expert alongwith three appendixes and cross-examination of witnesses and kept with the custodian of files vide serial no.3868 (in three volumes), 3915, 3938, 3949, 3950, 3955, 3960, 3961 and 3977, have been handed over to Mr. Vinod Chauhan, Ld counsel for plaintiff.

It is further submitted by Ld counsel for plaintiff that the settlement agreement has been filed today in sealed condition with the registry.

Let decree sheet be prepared accordingly in terms of order of the Hon‟ble Court.
