The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order is vacated. Considering the amount of time consumed, this court directs the petitioner to pay costs of ₹25,000/- within a period of two weeks from today. If the costs are not paid, the Registry is directed to place this matter before this Court for further proceedings.

It is clarified that petitioner is at liberty to institute an appropriate proceeding for agitating its grievance, if any, and the disposal of the present

petition does not preclude the petitioner from doing so. Order dasti.
