% 04.01.2018 The counsel for the appellant submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. In terms of order dated 07.01.2013, the insurance company had been directed to deposit 80% of the awarded amount with up-to-date interest with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch and by order dated 04.04.2013, 50% from out of such deposit, was directed to be released to the claimant. The balance with accrued interest shall be released to the claimant. The insurance company will be obliged to deposit the balance of its liability under the award by requisite deposit with the tribunal within 30 days making it available to be released to the claimant.
The statutory deposit of the insurance company shall be refunded, after proof of the award having been satisfied is furnished. R.K.GAUBA, J JANUARY 04, 2018/nk
