O R D E R

% 23.09.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground of maintaining social ties with the family and society.

Address of petitioner has been verified.

Petitioner was released on parole for one month with effect from 29th July, 2015 to 28th August, 2015. It is not the case that he has misused the concession. It is trite to say that every convict who is in long incarceration if released on parole at least once in a year to blend himself/herself in society and his family members it helps in improving his mental and physical well being. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of

`10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. Petitioner shall report to the SHO PS Mayur Vihar once in a week, that is, on each Monday at 10:00 am and give his contact number to the SHO. Petitioner is also directed not to leave the territory of Delhi and after completion of parole period he shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
