O R D E R

% 23.09.2016 Petitioner seeks parole for a period of three months on the ground that he has to get his son admitted in a Govt. school and also to take care of his ailing wife.

Name of the school where the petitioner wants to get his son admitted has not been mentioned. Learned ASC for the State submits that admission session is over.

It is further pointed that petitioner was released on furlough for three weeks, that is, from 13th August, 2016 to 2nd September, 2016.

Sufficient time was available with the petitioner to get his child admitted. Petitioner was also released for a period of two weeks in the month of March, 2016.

Keeping in mind the above facts, I am not inclined to order for release

of petitioner on parole.

Writ petition is dismissed.
