Crl. M.C.No.2399/2016 & Crl. M.A. No. 10232/2016 (Stay) The only grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition is that the order imposing litigation expenses of Rs.21,000/- and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- towards travelling expenses was passed behind his back.

On hearing the present petition, in the considered opinion of this Court it would be just and appropriate if the petitioner is granted permission to move an application before the Court below and the

concerned Court is directed to hear the petitioner and to pass a fresh order. It is ordered accordingly.

With aforesaid directions, the present petition and application stand disposed of.
