% 23.01.2018 This matter was transferred to the District Court vide order dated 01.12.2015 passed by the Joint Registrar (Judicial) in view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 District Court East. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.12.2017 in the Court of Additional District Judge-04, East District, it was observed, in the presence of counsel for the parties that the said Court lacks territorial jurisdiction since the property in dispute is situated in Krishna Nagar which falls under the jurisdiction of Shahdara District which fact was admitted by counsel for the parties. Accordingly, this case has been sent back to this Court.
