% 11.04.2017 Today learned counsel for the respondent-DDA has handed over a copy of the order dated 06th April, 2017 issued by Mr.Pradeep Kumar Singh, Director (Industrial) by virtue of which petitioners' application for conversion into freehold has been rejected as the lease stood determined.

On the last date of hearing, this Court had been conveyed an impression by the counsel for DDA that the petitioners' lease deed would be restored and only a minor formality needed to be completed. In any event, the order dated 06th April, 2017 has to be challenged, now, independently.

Consequently, the petitioners are given liberty to challenge the order dated 06th April, 2017 in accordance with law. With the aforesaid liberty, present writ petition stands disposed of.
