After arguments and showing the record of the Arbitrator as also the record of the court below, it is agreed that this appeal be and is accordingly disposed of by a consent order that the impugned order dismissing the objections of the appellant under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is set aside, and it is agreed that the court below will decide the objections under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months of the receipt of order of this Court. 2.

Parties to appear before the District and Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, on 24th July, 2017.
