% 12.07.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking a direction to the respondents to display the list of the approved girls for admission in the girls hostel.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that though the girls hostel building has been built by the respondent No.2, there are certain completion issues still pending, on account of which, students have not been admitted in the girls hostel as yet. It is further submitted that as and when the issues are resolved and respondents Nos.1 and 2 decide to admit students in the girls hostel, the list shall be duly displayed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the above, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Court in case need so arises in future.

W.P.(C) 5843/2016

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
