% 28.09.2018 A status report has been filed by Mr. Mehra on behalf of the State. We have perused the same. The statement of the petitioner's daughterKhusboo has been recorded before the Ld. CJM, Cooch Behar. We have perused the same. It appears from the statement of Khusboo, who is a major, that she left of her own free will and accord with Shumshul and she got married to him. She has stated that she wishes to reside with her husband and she does not wish to return to reside with the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are called for in this petition.
