% 27.03.2019 An affidavit has been filed by the EDMC wherein, in para 2, they have stated as under:

"2.

That, the property bearing no. E-86, Khasra no. 419/305, New Ashok Nagar, Delhi has been inspected by concerned JE (B). There are three properties bearing No. E86, Khasra no. 419/305, New Ashok Nagar, Delhi seen in the area. Property could not be located inspite of best efforts by

concerned JE (B). Therefore, specific address stating name of owner and street no. etc. to locate property in the area." I find, there is no appearance for the petitioner even on the second call. There was no appearance for the petitioner even on the last date of hearing i.e. December 11, 2018.

The writ petition is dismissed in default.
