% 20.09.2017 On 30.11.2016, learned counsel for the petitioner had taken time to take instructions whether he wishes to continue with the petition or to withdraw it. Several dates have passed since then. The prayer made in the petition has been perused. The petitioner is seeking certain entries/corrections in the Revenue/Government record in pursuance to and in compliance of the judgment dated 25.01.2016 passed by the Division Bench in W.P.(C) No.1382/2014 M/s Band Box Private Ltd. Vs. Government of NCT of Delhi and Anr. This judgment was assailed before the Apex Court. The Apex Court had disposed of the petition dismissing it vide its order dated 31.08.2016. The order of the Apex Court has been reproduced in the order of this Court dated 30.11.2016.

Petition has become infructuous. It is disposed of accordingly. INDERMEET KAUR, J SEPTEMBER 20, 2017
