% 26.11.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that the petitioner/accused has expired on 05.09.2019 and the factum of his death stands verified by the certificate dated 19.09.2019 issued by the Sub Registrar (Birth & Death) Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (West Ward), which has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent.

In view of the above facts, the proceedings pending before the Trial Court against the petitioner stand abated. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
