% 29.07.2016 Keeping in mind that husband (petitioner no.1) and wife (respondent no.2) have settled their disputes amicably and their marriage has already been dissolved vide decree of divorce by mutual consent dated 11th April, 2016, inasmuch as, respondent no. 2 has received entire settled amount, FIR No. 645/2014 under Sections 498-A/406/506/34 registered at police station Bhajan Pura and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
