Parties have settled their disputes in terms of the settlement agreement dated 7.2.2018 entered before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. The agreement satisfies the requirements of Order 23 Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC). 2.
Suit is accordingly disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 7.2.2018, however, it is clarified that there is no decree which is passed and parties only agree to be bound by the terms of the settlement agreement dated 7.2.2018.

Since the suit is disposed of by settlement before recording of CS(COMM) No.793/2016
evidence, it is ordered that plaintiff in terms of Section 16-A of the Court-Fees Act, 1870 (as applicable to Delhi) will be entitled to refund of 50% of the court fee paid. Registry will issue the necessary certificate in favour of the plaintiff.
