% 09.08.2018 The petitioner seeks parole for three months for getting his left knee replaced, his right knee was replaced in May, 2018. He was granted parole for the first operation. The subsequent date for operation of his left knee was fixed for 7.8.2018; however, since he has surrendered before the Jail Authorities, the next date of operation has been given as 17.08.2018. This aspect has been verified. Copy of Nominal Roll has been handed over by the learned counsel for the State, it shows that the conduct of the petitioner in the jail for the last three years has been satisfactory. In view of the above, the petitioner is granted parole for a period of six weeks from the date of his release subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with two sureties in the like amount. Since his surgery is scheduled in Jodhpur, he shall report to the SHO of the area once a week unless he is otherwise incapacitated due to the scheduled

operation. He shall keep his contact/mobile number operational at all times and the same shall be intimated to the SHO concerned. He shall surrender before the Jail Authorities on or before the expiry of the parole period. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed off. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master to the learned counsel for the parties. A copy of this order shall also be delivered upon the Jail Superintendent concerned through the State.
