Both Mr. Amit Mahajan, learned counsel appearing for Directorate of Enforcement (DoE) and Mr. Satish Aggarwala, learned counsel appearing for Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) state on instructions that neither the DoE nor the DRI has asked for any Look Out Circular (LOC) to be issued against the Petitioners No.1 & 2.

2. This was the only issue for which the present petition was kept pending. In view of the above statement, Mr. Kirpal learned Senior counsel for the W.P.(CRL) 2052/2018

Petitioners states that the Petitioners do not wish to press this petition any further at this juncture.
