% 22.01.2019 Crl. M.A. 30237/2018 (for release of the amount) By this application, the petitioner has sought the release of the amount deposited by the deceased in terms of the order dated 19.10.2012.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2/BSES-RPL submits that the authority has no objection to the release of the amount subject to petitioner completing the requisite formalities for the same for which they may visit the office of respondent No. 2 at Hari Nagar, Enforcement Office and report to Mr. Anuj Verma, Head Officer (Enforcement).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be visiting the said officer and completing the formalities. At request of learned counsel for the parties, renotify on 20.02.2019.
