O R D E R

% 13.07.2016 On the complaint of respondent no.2, present FIR No.225/2016 under section 448/406/34 IPC was registered at police station Welcome against the petitioners.

Complainant has alleged in the FIR that petitioners forcibly occupied his plot by breaking the boundary wall. Respondent no.2 and petitioners have now settled their disputes amicably during the pendency of the proceedings.

In fact, it is submitted that it was a sale transaction, between the respondent no.2 and wife of petitioner no.2, which was entered into by respondent no.2 through his attorney Ms. Tara Devi, that is, petitioner no.1.

Dispute was with regard to payment of balance amount of about Rs.22 Lakhs. Respondent no.2 has confirmed that he has arrived at settlement with petitioners, inasmuch as, has received balance amount. The

respondent no.2, who is present Court, is identified by IO SI Manish PS Welcome.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and keeping in mind the nature of offences and in the interest of justice, FIR No.225/2016 under section 448/406/34 IPC registered at police station Welcome and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
