% 10.12.2018 This petition is moved for a direction to the learned trial Court to dispose of the leave to defend application filed by the respondents herein in eviction case No.826/2014 titled as Pramod Kumar vs. Ramesh Mehta pending before Sh.Shirish Aggarwal, ARC-1, Tis Hazari Courts, which is now fixed on 6th February, 2019. The eviction petition was initially filed in the year 2012 and the leave to defend application is pending since years, but it has not been disposed of by the learned trial Court.
