Ms. Shahzana Khan has appeared in person along with her father, Mr Abid Ali. The petitioner - Mr. Rihan Khan @ Rishabh Jain is also present in the Court.

Ms. Kamlesh Mahajan, Advocate, who was present in the Court, was asked to interact and speak to Ms. Shahzana Khan in the chamber. Later on we had spoken to Ms Shahzana Khan in the presence of Ms. Kamlesh Mahajan, Advocate. Mr. Abid Ali,

father of Ms.Shahzana Khan was also called in the chamber and we have spoken to him.

We have also talked to the petitioner - Mr. Rihan Khan @ Rishabh Jain.

Ms. Shahzana Khan had agreed to talk to Mr. Rihan Khan in the chamber. They have spoken to each other in the chamber in the presence of Ms. Kamlesh Mahajan, Advocate. 5.

After the said interaction, Ms. Shahzana Khan has stated in the court, that she wants to go and reside with her parents. She is at liberty to do so.

In view of the said statement by Ms Shahzana Khan, counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
