% 18.07.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the letter dated 10.6.2015; he seeks a quashing of that letter; this is a letter addressed by the respondent no.1 to the concerned SHO intimating to him about the action which they have taken against the petitioner which was to the effect that they have removed him from the encroached site. His second prayer is that he should be restored a status quo ante on 09.6.2015 on which date he was removed from the squatting site.

On advance notice respondent no.1 has put in appearance. His submission is that all the documents which have been filed by the petitioner and which are part of the record only show that the petitioner is squatting at an encroached site and that is why he has been challaned every time for which he has paid a challan fee of

Rs.100/-. On query put to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to why he has not filed documents showing that he is squatting at the disputed site since 1986; he fairly concedes that he has not done so. He, however, seeks some time to place on record these documents before the respondent no.1. The TVC constituted qua respondent no.1 shall consider the same in accordance with law. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
