By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file a Special Leave Petition and has also filed a marriage card of his sister and states that the marriage of his sister is fixed for 16th December, 2018.

As per the status report filed, the family of the petitioner was found residing at House No.1154, Gali Sayyad Wali, Kalan Mahal, Darya Ganj. As per the nominal roll, the petitioner has been in custody for nearly 5 years besides remissions and the remaining sentence is almost 4 years. Jail conduct of the petitioner in the last one year is satisfactory. 3.

Considering the facts verified and also the nominal roll, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing W.P.(CRL) 2178/2018

a personal bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of Superintendent, Mandol Jail. 4.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Mandoli Jail expeditiously as the marriage of the petitioner's sister is fixed for 16th December, 2018.
