CM(M) 667/2016 and CM No. 24561/2016 (direction) Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the application filed by the petitioner under Order XII Rule 6 CPC has not been heard for the last three years. He submits that the petitioner is 90 years of age and the whole exercise would be rendered infructuous unless the present suit is disposed of expeditiously.

The petitioner may move an application for disposal of the pending application under Order XII Rule 6 CPC expeditiously preferably within two months. Granting this liberty, the present petition is disposed of. Dasti.
