No case is made out to cancel the anticipatory bail granted. 2.

Vide impugned order dated September 17, 2013 good reasons have been given by the learned Trial Judge to grant anticipatory bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the State informs that charge sheet has since been filed. Charge has been framed and evidence is being recorded. It is not the case of any party that the second respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner has misused the bail granted.

The petition is dismissed.
