O R D E R

% 05.12.2016 On the complaint of respondent no.2, present FIR 150/2014 was registered against the petitioners under Section 420/468/471/34 IPC at police station Bara Hindu Rao. It is submitted that matter has been settled between the petitioners and respondent no.2 vide Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated 17th June, 2016. Respondent no.2-Ms. Sonia Vaid is represented through her Attorney-Sh. Onkar Singh, who is present today. It is submitted that Sh. Onkar Singh is brother of Ms. Sonia Vaid. MOU has been witnessed by Sh. Onkar Singh also. Attorney of respondent no.2 has

identified the signatures of Ms. Sonia Vaid on the photocopy of the MOU. Attorney has been identified by SI Rakesh Kumar of police station Bara Hindu Rao.

Attorney submits that matter has been settled by Ms. Sonia Vaid with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue pressure, coercion or pressure. He further submits that respondent no.2 does not wish to pursue the FIR any further in view of the settlement and the same may be quashed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners do not have any original document in respect of property nos. 3761/3761-A/3762, Main Road, Pahari Dhiraj, Delhi.

Keeping in mind that parties have settled their disputes amicably and respondent no.2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, FIR 150/2014 under Section 420/468/471/34 IPC registered at police station Bara Hindu Rao and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J.
