By an order dated 02.11.2018, the case was remanded to the Trial Court for determination as to whether the petitioner was a juvenile at the time of the occurrence of the alleged offence, in terms of the documents submitted and other supporting material furnished by the petitioner. This Court had further expressed that an endeavour should be made for adjudication of the issue of juvenility within a period of four months from the said date.

The matter was again listed on 01.04.2019 and the Trial Court was directed to send the evidence collected and the report prepared with regard to the petitioner's claim of juvenility before the next date of hearing.

It is seen that the said report has not been received as yet. The Trial Court is directed to ensure that the same is forwarded to this Court within a period of four weeks from today. The Registry shall ensure that the copy of this order is communicated to the concerned Court by a special messenger. 4.
