% 23.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the role assigned to the petitioner is of catching hold. Role of firing gunshot is not assigned to petitioner.

The petitioner is in jail for more than eleven months.

Learned APP for the State submits that petitioner is involved in eleven other cases.

Keeping in view the fact and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount, to the satisfaction of Trial Court.

The bail application is disposed of.
