It is not disputed that the investigating agency pursuant to the investigation have already filed the closure report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, however, apprehends that the since the protest petition has already been filed, there is a possibility of coercive measures being taken. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

It is, however, not disputed that, at this stage, no action or investigation is pending against the petitioners. 4.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to keep the present petitions pending.

The present petitions are therefore disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach, in future, in case any grievance remains. 6.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State also submits that since the State has not found any illegality therefore, the closure report has been filed in the present case. 7.

He submits that the apprehension of the petitioners of any coercive measure is not correct.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and the learned Trial Court is directed to proceed in accordance with law without being influenced by any order passed by this Court.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 10.
