% 29.09.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already made a representation dated 9th May, 2016 before the Reserve Bank of India/respondent no.3 (Annexure P-1) but the same has yet not been disposed of.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 submits that representation of the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law and disposed of, if not already disposed of, and the order would be communicated to the petitioner.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent no. 3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, if not already disposed of, within six weeks by a speaking order and communicate

the same to the petitioner.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.

Copy of the order be given dasti to the counsel for respondent no. 3 under the signatures of Court Master.
