% 23.07.2018 During the course of investigation, the stolen mobile phone of the complainant Raj Kumar has been recovered from the possession of the applicant. The investigating agency had arranged for test identification parade but the applicant refused to participate. In the facts and circumstances, at this stage of the investigation process, it cannot be said that there is no evidence showing the involvement of the applicant in the serious crimes including offences punishable under Sections 392/394 IPC which are subject matter of investigation under FIR No. 201/2018, P.S. Saket. No good reasons to enlarge the applicant on bail. The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed. R.K.GAUBA, J JULY 23, 2018//srb
