Crl.M.A. No. 47818/2018 By this application, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 28th September, 2018 as he has not been able to furnish the surety bond for a sum of `15,000/-.

Learned proxy counsel for learned ASC for the State accepts notice. As per the status report, already filed, it has been verified that the petitioner's sister Geeta, wife of late Suresh, along with her children is residing at H.No. A-162, Ghadoli, Sunil Dairy, Delhi. Though the conduct W.P.(CRL) 2068/2018

of the petitioner in the jail is not satisfactory as he has been awarded punishment, however, there is no other involvement of the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has roots in the society, this Court deems it fit to modify the order dated 28th September, 2018. Consequently, the petitioner be now released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `5,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.

Application is disposed of.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
