% 04.08.2016 Address of the petitioner has been verified. Petitioner has alleged in the petition that his daughter is not well.

This is one of the grounds for seeking parole. Another ground is that petitioner wants to file Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court. Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's daughter is indeed unwell and receiving treatment from Dr. Neha Bahl. It is trite to say that every convict is entitled to exhaust all the legal remedies as may be available to him upto the highest fora. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, petitioner is ordered to be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release,

subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. On completion of the parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent. Copy of this order be sent to Jail Superintendent for serving it on the petitioner and also for compliance. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
