On 18.09.2023, it was informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has expired and some time was sought to file an appropriate application to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner.

Thereafter, on 04.04.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said application had been filed, however, the same was not on record and, therefore, he again sought time to pursue with the Registry to bring on record the said application. 3.
Despite time being granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps, till date, no such application has been placed on record.

the learned counsel for the petitioner not taking steps for substitution of LRs of the deceased petitioner, the petition should be abated. 5.
As no steps have been taken by the petitioner for substitution of LRs of deceased Petitioner since 2019, hence, the present petition stands disposed of as abated. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
