1. Present matrimonial appeal, filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, is directed against the Judgment dated 31.1.2015 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court (West), Delhi, in HMA Petitioner No.545/2014, whereby marriage between the parties was dissolved w.e.f. 31.1.2015.

2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have entered into an amicable settlement. Counsel on instructions from the parties pray that the present matrimonial appeal may be disposed of with the following agreed terms:

(i) It is agreed that the respondent will pay to the appellant a sum of Rs.9.0 lakhs in full and final settlement of all claims, dues, Stridhan, alimony, etc. This amount will be paid within a maximum period of one year from today and at the time when the appellant makes a statement for quashing of FIR. MAT.APP.(F.C.) 53/2015 1/2

(ii) Along with the petition for quashing, a copy of the bank draft of Rs.9.00 lacs will be annexed and at the time of making the statement, the bank draft will be handed over to the appellant. (iii) Till the time the amount of Rs.9.0 lakhs is paid to the appellant, the respondent will continue to pay maintenance fixed at Rs.7,500/- per month.

(iv) It is agreed that for a period of one year, the criminal proceedings shall be kept in abeyance.

(v) The decree of divorce shall attain finality upon the payment of Rs.9.0 lakhs to the appellant.

The appeal is disposed of in above terms.

Since the appeal has been disposed of, the application also stands disposed of.
