Ex. P. 278/2013 Learned counsel for the decree holder submits that decree stands satisfied. However, learned counsel for the judgment debtors submits that shares in terms of the agreement have yet to be transferred in the name of

judgment debtor no. 2.

Learned counsel for the decree holder states that share certificates of judgment debtor no.1 are not traceable. He further states that decree holder shall apply for duplicate share certificates with the judgment debtor no.1 and after the same are issued decree holder shall execute all the necessary documents in accordance with law for transferring of said shares in the name of judgment debtor no.2. Parties shall remain bound by the statements made by their respective counsel. Accordingly, no orders are required to be passed in this execution petition and the same is disposed of.
